Favorite client story:

I was at a client dinner in Tokyo when our waiter came over to serve us water. As I turned to place my dinner order, an entire tray of ice waters spilled on top of my head. Luckily, there was no broken glass, but I was soaked from head to toe! I politely excused myself from the table and came back with a new hairstyle using a pencil as a hair twist and shoulder wrap made of a tablecloth. It was certainly what you would call a true ice-breaker.

Hidden talent:

Selected to appear onstage and sing with Jimmy Buffett — in front of 20,000 of my closest friends.

What I do for fun:

I love to bake, travel, and attend my son’s sporting events.

I can’t live without:

My iPhone and iced coffee.

Important life lesson:

Don’t put off for tomorrow what you can do today – you never know what tomorrow will bring.
